3-Day Return Policy:
- You have 3 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- Items cannot be returned if they are not in the same condition as expected.
Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team at WhatsApp or Contact By Email to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued by jazzcash, easy paisa, bank transfer etc
- Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund, depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received your refund after the specified number of days, please contact your bank or credit card company. There may be a processing delay on their end.
